• Adult Staff / Jr Staff orientation & check-in is at 1 pm on Sunday, August 2nd.

• Youth check-in starts at 3 pm on Sunday, August 2nd.

• Departure from Camp is Friday, August 7th, no later than 11 am.

Transportation to & from the Airport (prior to & after Camp Yeshua)

Camp Yeshua can assist in transporting your youth from the Will Rogers International Airport (OKC) to camp on the first day (Sunday, August 2nd) of camp. The fee is $65 per person to reserve a seat on the shuttle. The fee covers both directions & is due at registration. We have hired a shuttle bus that will leave the OKC airport at 2 pm only (there is only one shuttle to camp). Any arrivals after 1:30 pm will require you to arrange your own transportation; we will not be able to assist with that. If you are having your youth take the shuttle, they must fly into OKC with enough time to reach the shuttle area outside Baggage Claim before 2 pm.

Outbound flights on the last day of camp (Friday, August 7th) must be scheduled to depart OKC after 2:15 pm. Any flights before that time will require you to make your own travel arrangements.

We must have your flight details by June 28th. Email a copy of the flight itinerary to registration@campyeshua.com. If you do not provide that information by June 28th, we will not be able to help transport your youth due to the time required to book charters & shuttles.

Camp Yeshua will not provide transportation assistance before August 2nd or after August 7th. If your youth needs to come in before camp or leave after camp, you will need to provide your own transportation plans.

Lodging (prior to & after Camp Yeshua)

Camp Yeshua will not provide lodging outside of camp or transportation for youth other than the shuttles to & from camp. If you or your youth plan to stay before or after Camp Yeshua, please be aware that you will be responsible for your own travel & lodging arrangements.
